The Australian Civic Trust is planning a stand in the Jubilee Pavilion of the Royal Show in September this year with the general title of FUTURES EXHIBITION and inviting entrpreneurial organisations to join in and show what they see as the future in their field.

With an estimated attendance of over 500,000 and a maximum cost of $2700 for a 3m x 3m booth, including walls, carpets, fascia, power and lighting, or less for site-only participants, this has to be attractive. More details are in the Expression of Interest from the Show organisers (information only - please respond as below for the booths we have set aside).

Spaces of 12m x 6m and 15m x 3m, adjacent to each other, are being held until the end of May 2009 (see plan attached - booths H41-H48 and booths H78-H82, in the centre to the left of the central walkway). The space may be designed as we wish, including various combinations of booths.

The booking procedure is:
 
1. Payment of a deposit of 50% by the end of June.
2. Payment of the remainder by the end of July.
